1. Services Provided

Millennium’s Gate Book Store provides professional publishing and related services, including but not limited to:

  • Editing services

  • Formatting & typesetting

  • Book cover design

  • ISBN assistance

  • Publishing support

  • Marketing and promotional services

  • Platform submission assistance

We are a service provider and do not assume ownership of client manuscripts unless expressly agreed in writing.


2. Client Representations & Warranties

By submitting content to us, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the legal owner of the manuscript and all submitted materials.

  • The work does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, or intellectual property rights.

  • The content is not defamatory, unlawful, plagiarized, or misleading.

You agree to indemnify and hold Millennium’s Gate Book Store harmless from any claims arising from breach of this section.


3. Payments & Fees

All service fees are clearly outlined in selected packages or written proposals.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Full payment may be required before final deliverables are released.

  • Failure to make timely payment may result in service suspension.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at our discretion.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our official Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Due to the customized nature of publishing and marketing services:

  • Editing, formatting, and design services are non-refundable once initiated.

  • Marketing services are non-refundable once campaigns or materials are created.

  • Publishing fees are non-refundable once submitted to third-party platforms.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

  • Book sales

  • Revenue

  • Bestseller rankings

  • Reviews or ratings

  • Media coverage

  • Advertising performance

Publishing success depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.


6. Third-Party Platforms

We may assist with submissions to platforms including:

  • Amazon

  • Kindle Direct Publishing

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform rejections

  • Account suspensions

  • Policy changes

  • Sales performance

  • Algorithm updates

You agree to comply with all third-party platform policies.


7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your manuscript.

Upon full payment, you receive rights to the final deliverables created for you under your selected package.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under U.S. law:

Millennium’s Gate Book Store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in dispute.


9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback.

Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate service termination

  • Legal recovery efforts

  • Collection of attorney’s fees and associated costs


10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • Fraudulent disputes occur

  • Harassment or abusive conduct is directed toward staff

All fees for services already rendered remain due.


11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.


12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New Hampshire under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
