Every now and then, the universe appoints prime movers. Given no choice, destiny grants them the helm as existence unfolds.

Real familial love dismisses the melancholy of solitude, allowing us to share our victories and failures without envy or derision.

I have read that life’s three greatest tribulations are the death of a loved one, divorce, and moving. If I have to endure one, I guess I’ll go with the moving. I’ve done it and it beats the other two options… But not by much.

On money: It is the great liberator. Without it, we revert to the club…. Then greed, avarice and thievery rule the day.
